This legislation prohibits law enforcement agencies from engaging in vehicular pursuits unless there is probable cause to believe that the person being pursued committed or are committing murder, aggravated battery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, rape, armed robbery or any offense creating an immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury or threat to the safety of another person.
